Halloween Comes Early, Fun Placemat Repurpose

So I found this super fun placemat at Dollar General of all places and it cost me $3.50. When I looked at it I didn't see a placemat I saw some possible coasters or the cover of an art journal or perhaps something else entirely. I plan to repurpose it into something else more fabulous, so stay tuned for what I do as I will share it with you as it progresses.
